I was thrilled when Marie and BJ invitedme for a stay out at their gorgeous property in Orange County. I brought collage materials to work with, and I ended up doing a lot of administrative tasks, listening to music, looking at their great art book collection, and going for a long daily walk while hosting artist friends and my collaborative drawing group for our July project , Village Impulse, at Birdland in Raleigh. I ended up staying an extra week! The best.

I hosted a Drawing Club session and we made paper planes!
